Assembled upon arrival via White Glove Service.

CARE:

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals and household cleaners as they may damage the finish. Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight. Solid wood is impacted by heat and humidity fluctuations and may result in small joint separations or hairline cracks. Protect your furniture by avoiding direct contact with air conditioning units or heating vents.

SHIPPING - DELIVERY OPTIONS:

With Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery.

Home Delivery usually includes our premium White Glove Service - items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice — and are then unpacked and fully assembled.

Flat Rate items that do not include White Glove Service are select lighting, oversized mirrors, rugs and headboards that need to be attached to a bed frame.

Doorstep Delivery service is available for select items at a lower flat rate. With Doorstep Delivery you are responsible for bringing items into your home, assembly is not included.
